Attention Snorers: Be Warned

Your sonorous snoozing will no longer be tolerated at Crowne Plaza hotels! The chain has implemented “snore monitors” in designated quiet zones in London, Leeds and Manchester hotels. Their mission? To patrol the halls and rouse guests whose nocturnal noises are disturbing others. Truly! I’m not making this up. They are also constructing special snore proof rooms with soundproof walls, padded headboards and white noise machines. Is it just me, or does this all sound like a lot of trouble for a problem that can be conveniently fixed? Wouldn’t it be easier if everyone just went to the Snoring Center and stopped snoring? I’m just saying…
