Your Better Sleep Tip of the Week: Don’t Do Unpleasant Things in Bed

Put your bed to good use. If you have any degree of insomnia, use your bed ONLY for sleep and sex. Don’t do stressful, unpleasant things like paying bills or doing work in bed. The negative association can really make it harder to relax and drift off to sleep.
